Refunds Process:

Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we will send you an email to communicate the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed from our end, and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

Sales Terms:

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged, even purchased on sale price.

  • Video Proof: Always record a video while opening the parcel and share it with us. This serves as proof for the refund process.

  • Claim Period: Initiate your return claim within one week of receiving the parcel.

  • Condition of the Item: 

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
