Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Unless the merchandise you have recieved is damaged, defective, or differs from the item you purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

To obtain authorization, please send an email to sale@novalashindia.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Make sure to include your order number and, if applicable, attach photos of any damage.
